For you to be eligible for the AGRTP Flinders University Scholarship for International Students, you must meet the following criteria.
- For a Master’s degree by research or a Doctorate by research, you must meet the University’s Academic Entry Requirements.
- You must have completed a four-year bachelor’s degree with honours.
- At the time of application, you must have met Flinders University’s English Proficiency Levels for international students.
- You must not be a citizen of Australia, have permanent residency status in Australia, or be a citizen of New Zealand.

To be considered for an AGRTPS, you must first apply for admission to a Higher Degree by Research (PhD or Master of Arts by Research), then apply for the International RHD Scholarship Group.
You do not need to apply for admission again if you already have a valid offer for a Higher Degree by Research.
Scholarship Award
The AGRTP Flinders University Scholarship in Australia is a fully-funded scholarship for international students. The Flinders International Student Scholarships will cover two years of expenses for MSc programs and three years of expenses for PhD programs, such as:
- Tuition is paid in full.
- Tuition is offset by a living stipend of $28,854 and Overseas Health Care coverage.
- Allowance of up to $1,485 to help with relocation costs and airfares (after arrival at Flinders).
