The application period for the 2024 Stamps Scholars Program for international students planning to study in the USA is currently open.
The Stamps Scholars Program offers its applicants four years of annual awards ranging up to $75,000 each to cover all of their living, housing, and tuition expenditures. Selected scholars are also given additional funding for enrichment activities including academic conferences, study abroad, and leadership development.
About the Sponsors
E. Roe Stamps and his late wife Penny established the Stamps Scholars Program in 2006 with the aim of providing exceptional students with educational opportunities. Through collaborations with organizations across the country (and into the U.K.).

Annual prizes for scholars vary from $5,400 to $75,000 (typical four-year awards total between $21,600 and $300,000), with additional funding available for enrichment opportunities including study abroad, academic conferences, and leadership development.
The whole cost of tuition, access to research, travel, or project stipend, as well as guidance and assistance from the University Fellowship office, are all included in the Stamps Scholars Program award.
