Hendricks County Community Foundation Offers Amazing Scholarships

The Hendricks County Community Foundation (HCCF) is excited to announce that it is now offering incredible opportunities for local residents pursuing their bachelorette to benefit from the foundation. HCCF is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life in Hendricks County by initiating charitable work for the county.

Since its inception in 1992, the HCCF has given out over $20 million in grants and scholarships to locals. A volunteer Board of Directors made up of community leaders from all throughout Hendricks County governs the organization.

Hendricks County Community Foundation is now offering two new ways for residents to get involved in its work.

First, the organization is now accepting applications for its Community Grants Program. This program provides funding for projects that benefit the residents of Hendricks County.

Second, HCCF offers Community Impact Scholarship. This scholarship is available to any Hendricks County resident who is planning to pursue a degree in a field that will benefit the community.

Hendricks County has done so well in encouraging her youths to focus their energy on productivity. They have given so many scholarship opportunities to residents. I am sure they have lost count but I didn’t lose count for 2021 awardees as 79 Hendricks were given scholarships to study in different universities. I feel jealous.

In January 2022, Hendricks County Community Foundation announced scholarship winners for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship. After reviewing over 300 applications, 10 were selected for the scholarship.
