Aberystwyth University is thrilled to announce that its International Accommodation Award is now available to students coming to the UK for higher education. The scholarship grants are available to new incoming international students who are enrolling in any degree program at the institution.
The prize is given to assist students in their educational careers and to provide them with enough money to pay for their tuition. Students that perform academically will be able to earn large sums of money.

Aberystwyth was a board member and one of the founding members of the erstwhile federal University of Wales. Over 8,000 students are enrolled in 17 departments across three faculties. Criteria for Eligibility

New students are welcome.
Only one academic year is covered by the International Accommodation Award. For undergraduate students, this is usually 39 weeks (i.e., it is not applicable over the summer). For postgraduate students, it usually lasts 50 weeks.
There are no discounts available for lodging that is not managed by the University.

How to Submit an Application for a Scholarship
In order to be considered for these scholarships, applicants must fulfill the following steps:
Stage 1: Submit an application for admission.
You will be given access to the Accommodation Portal when you apply to study at Aberystwyth University, which opens in April. Students that are interested in attending the university should apply for admission.
Stage 2: Submit the Documents That Are Required
- School transcripts for high school diplomas are currently accessible.
- Transcripts from previous schools are required (only if requested)
- Transcription of Post-Secondary Sources
- Results of the official survey
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Requirements for Admission
- Applicants must fulfill the general entry requirements for the country/study curriculum.
- You must show proficiency in English and fulfill the general entrance requirements for the country/curriculum you studied.
- Most Undergraduate programmes at Aberystwyth University will consider candidates who have completed their Baccalauréat Général, Option Internationale du Baccalauréator Baccalauréat Technologique (in a comparable subject area) with an overall grade of 12 or above.
Visa requirements
You have up to 6 months before the commencement date of your course to apply for a visa. You must apply for your Student visa using the information on your Confirmation of Acceptance for Study – CAS email from Aberystwyth University. When you apply for a student visa, your CAS must be no more than six months old.
