The Connecticut Higher Education Trust (CHET) Advance Scholarship is a yearly program presented by the State Treasurer’s Office to assist Connecticut students with paying for school. The grant is accessible to high school seniors and higher school rookies.

  • Must be enrolled in a Category 1 or Category 2 school; Academic record is not a requirement since you are a freshman.
  • You must also confirm that you intend to further your education on or before 30th September 2024. You can defer college for one year post-high-school graduation if you want to.
